As an HR leader, I take this pledge with personal and professional accountability. I commit to practicing safe behavior on every journey and to ensuring that employee safety is embedded into people policies, learning programs, and daily work practices.
I will champion a people-first safety culture by enabling awareness, accountability, and care - for myself and for every employee. By partnering with business and safety teams, I will support meaningful behavior change and stronger systems that protect lives in and outside the workplace.
Through consistent leadership and intent, I will contribute to India’s goal of reducing road accidents by 50% by 2030, knowing that employee well-being is the foundation of a resilient organization.
